It’s been awhile since I’ve done a meditation episode! This week, I want to give you a meditation for when you feel like you suck, when you feel like you blew it creatively, when you’re sure you’re never going to make it. Just to gently walk through that experience with you, not to pull you out of it, but in THAT moment, to hold space with you. We’ll be doing a lot of visualization.
