When Running Feels Better than Walking

 

 

Lately on my daily walks I’ve been feeling more like running. To the point where it actually feels worse to walk than to run. I just know my body wants to run! When I truly listen to it, I know it wants to move that way…which sounds kinda crazy like why would you run when you can walk? But what if we are MEANT to run, creatively?
